bar ONE House Rules

(relax…we are a lounge)

• All those who wish to enter and partake must be at least 21 years of age with a valid photo i.d.
• We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone who does not reflect or respect our positive atmosphere at bar ONE.
• When getting dressed to come out to bar ONE please keep in mind that attire must be in good taste reflective of a dignified atmosphere. Everyone is required to be properly attired.
• Valet parking is complimentary, but please keep in mind that the courteous thing to do is to tip the gentlemen or ladies parking your car.
• When entering and leaving the building please be mindful that we are a neighborhood lounge and as such please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
• Reservations are strongly recommended.  Parties of 10 or more may require catering.  Call us directly to inquire about reservations and pricing 404.522.0999. No reservations are accepted after 930pm.
  
• ALL seated parties (reservations or wait-list) have a 2-hour (120 minute) time limit so that we can accommodate all guests.  This limit may be waived at the sole discretion of management.
• After 10pm on weekends (F-Sun) bottle service is required for seating in the lounge.
• Reservation CANCELLATIONS must be made 24 hours prior to the day of reservation. All reservations for parties of 10 or more must be secured by credit card. No cash or checks will be accepted to secure the reservation.
• If you do not like your food or drink, let your server know immediately.  Any dish or drink that has been mostly eaten will not be comped.
• Know what you are ordering before ordering, food or drink will not be comped because you did not know what it was.  Ask… our servers and bartenders are very knowledgeable.
• ABSOLUTELY NO separate dinner checks for parties of five or more. Please let your guests know this before they arrive so that you all can work it out before hand.  Splitting the bill evenly always makes everyone’s life easier.
• TIP our servers and bartenders please.  These young women and men work very hard providing you the best service possible whether it is a $10 check or $400 check, please tip accordingly.
• Like many establishments, we reserve the right to add automatic gratuity to parties dependent on size.  bar ONE adds 15% gratuity to checks for parties of 3-10 and 18%  to larger parties.
• In the unlikely event that you or your guests have any problems, please ask to speak to the manager on duty.  
• RESPECTFUL and COURTEOUS BEHAVIOR is expected of all guests visiting bar ONE.
• bar ONE (hopes to never have to use this one but) we reserve the right to remove any visitor for inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to, conduct that’s undignified, disruptive, abusive or violent, or for failing to comply with local laws.
• Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or drink items into bar ONE.  Please inform the management if you need a cake for your occasion.
• No name-dropping at the bar or at the door. Everybody knows somebody.
• No screaming, shouting or any other kind of unacceptable loud behavior. Exceptions of course apply if you are singing happy birthday!
• Most importantly: eat, drink, and come see us often!
• As always, we reserve the right to change these rules at our discretion.
• Please respect our house as you would your own and thank you in advance for your respect.
